On August 13, 2021, Black Marlin Marine, LLC (Black Marlin) signed a bareboat charter agreement with Laborde Brothers Crewboats, LLC to bareboat charter the M/V Horizon Runner. The vessel is a 165’ fast supply/crewboat currently working in the Gulf of Mexico. Black Marlin is a minority-owned business with a Mentor-Protégé Agreement established with Laborde Marine Management, LLC.
Arnold Baker, President of Black Marlin, made the following statement:
